This was another renovation project.

The plan was to add two new bathrooms and a laundry, reconfigure the dining area, with a new modern open plan kitchen and remove the old laundry and single outdated bathroom.

We built a new north facing deck with access via new bi-fold doors from all three bedrooms and made accessible pathways and a new ramp to the school next door for ease of both the school and the residents of the three units that sat next to the school.

The project was undertaken for the Dominican sisters with some members being from the elderly community so special attention was given to access ways in and around the unit.

Another great set of clients with a great outcome for all.
